How to Play

There are 54 playing cards (including two jokers) face down on a sealed board, numbered 1–54. Tickets are $1 each or $5 for 6, with no limit. You must be 21+ to play.

Select numbers corresponding to the cards you want revealed. A Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation representative will record your name and phone number on each ticket.

All proceeds benefit children and teens fighting cancer.

Tickets must be legible; incomplete tickets are discarded. Players are responsible for accuracy.

Drawing Location & Times

  • Mon, Wed – Sat: 7 a.m. – 2 a.m.

  • Sun: 9 a.m. – 2 a.m.

  • Tues: Sales end at 6:25 p.m., resume after drawing

Online Sales:

  • Tues 6:45 p.m. – Sun 11:59 p.m.

    Disclaimer: Tickets purchased during the closed period (Mon 12:00 a.m. – Tues 6:44 p.m.) will be entered into the next week’s raffle drawing.

  • First Joker → $200

  • Second Joker → $200 + new board starts + jackpot rolls over

  • Queens (except Hearts) → $100 each

  • Queen of Hearts → Jackpot (60% if winner present, 40% if not)

  • Any other card → $10 if purchased on-site; $10 in tickets if purchased online.
    (Online buyers must call the Treasure Chest to select numbers for the next drawing.)

Play weekly as the jackpot grows!

  • One ticket is pulled per drawing. Invalid tickets are replaced

  • Jackpot rolls over if Queen isn’t drawn

  • Tickets are valid for that week only; destroyed after drawing

  • Present Winners: Check in with staff to claim 60% of the pot. Valid ID required

  • Not Present Winners: 40% of the pot awarded; winner will be notified by phone

  • Taxes: Federal income taxes are NOT withheld upfront. Winners must report the full amount on their tax returns

  • Reporting: The Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation will issue a 1099-MISC for winnings over $200; all winnings are reported to the IRS

  • W-9 Compliance: Winners must provide required information, including their Social Security Number, within 30 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in a board reset and the pot rolling over

  • Processing Time: Payouts may take up to 30 days

  • Tickets with missing info or errors are disqualified

  • Foundation reserves the right to amend rules, adjust sales dates and times, or postpone drawings as needed.

  • Winning card position, face value and first name + last initial are shared publicly
