The purpose of the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation Board of Directors is to promote the Foundation’s mission of providing toys and smiles to children and teens with cancer. Through fundraising efforts and by continually creating awareness, these board members faithfully serve to maximize the effectiveness of the Foundation.
While the members of the Treasure Chest Foundation’s Board of Directors are diverse in age, gender, race, religion, occupation, skills and background, they nevertheless share a common passion for and commitment to the nonprofit organization’s mission of providing toys and smiles to kids with cancer.
The Board Members are always willing to roll up their sleeves whenever necessary to help with practical work. Each of the members has strong ties to his or her community and is willing to support efforts to raise money for the Foundation.
Board Members serve for terms lasting a minimum of two years. Meetings of the Board are held once every two months and discussions of how to best achieve success and support our mission are always lively and enthusiastic.
